How My Innate Vitality Works with Clients
With My Innate Vitality we can work with you in a variety of different ways:
Modern EFT, Chakra Cleansing and Activation, Emotion Code, House & Property Energy Clearing, Intuitive Energy Healing, Psych-K, Reiki and Shamanic Therapies.
Hours of work
My Innate Vitality is open from 10am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and 10am-1pm on Saturdays. but connected projects to My Innate Vitality may operate outside these hours.
Contacting My Innate Vitality
My Innate Vitality respects that everyone uses different platforms and works different hours. My Innate Vitality will review all emails once a day and respond to any queries within 24/48 hours Monday to Friday. Any correspondence received through mobile, social media and other platforms will be acknowledged and responded to within 48 hours.
Storing Personal Data
My Innate Vitality respects confidentiality, transparency, and privacy. The client always has access to their records and can request copies of same under a Data Subject Access Request. Please note that this request should be sent to: hello@myinnatevitality.ie
Client Details
Please note that contact information that is relevant to the performance of a contract will be stored for seven years at the end of the contract in order to carry out our customer service requirements. My Innate Vitality may use WhatsApp to contact clients – please note that all information is automatically set to delete after 90 days.
Payment of Fees
Depending on the contract you have with My Innate Vitality your payment schedule will be laid out and will involve payment laid out on the invoice. Please review this schedule prior to agreeing to the contract and late payment of fees may result in penalties and/or other fines. All payments must be paid in full prior to engaging with clients.
Online Orders
Once your online order with My Innate Vitality has been placed, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order, we will use the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Please make sure you enter a valid email address. Sometimes the emails can reach your Spam/Junk Inbox, please make sure you check these. Your order can only be confirmed once our credit card has gone through and been accepted by our payment gateway (Paypal/ Revolut/ bank transfer).
Disclaimer
The Client understands that the role of My Innate Vitality is not to prescribe health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the My Innate Vitality is a complementary, holistic therapist who has been trained in various modalities to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.
The Client understands that My Innate Vitality is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by My Innate Vitality is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any changes with his or her doctor and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.
The Client has chosen to work with My Innate Vitality and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.
Travel Time
My Innate Vitality retains the right to charge for travel time. If these fees are to be applied, then this will be discussed and confirmed prior to the contact starting.
Cancelling pre-arranged appointments
My Innate Vitality has a set schedule every week and work with a variety of clients. If you are signed-up as part of a programme and you miss a class, then My Innate Vitality will not be able to refund you the missed fee. If your circumstances change then My Innate Vitality requires a minimum 48-hour cancellation period – this does not apply to exceptional and unforeseen circumstances.
Termination Policy
My Innate Vitality can only work with a client if the relationship is open, transparent, and reciprocal. If either party feels that the relationship between the client and My Innate Vitality has broken down, then My Innate Vitality and/or the client retain the right to withdraw from the agreed contract. If you take out a series of sessions with My Innate Vitality and you only attend part of the programme then My Innate Vitality will charge you the equivalent of the single fee for each sessions and refund you the difference. Please note that all packages have a two-year cut-off period.
Protection of Intellectual Property
The materials supplied by My Innate Vitality (including all website content and content supplied at workshops and seminars) are of a confidential nature. From time to time, My Innate Vitality may use examples of work they have created or businesses that have worked with to illustrate their quality of work. Any attempt by the Customer to enter the markets that My Innate Vitality operates in after gaining possession of such educative materials will be classed as entering competition with My Innate Vitality
a) All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to My Innate Vitality
b) Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication, distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without My Innate Vitality ’s express prior written consent.
Speaker Engagement
My Innate Vitality may carry out various speaking engagement. Each event is created individually, based upon the conversations and information that has been provided through the performance of the contract. The content of these events remains the intellectual property of My Innate Vitality once the event has taken place and are not allowed to be replicated, duplicated, copied or re-used without the express and unequivocal consent of My Innate Vitality. Recordings of the event cannot take place without the express permission of My Innate Vitality, who will be captured during the function of carrying out her contracted role, and this must be obtained prior to the event taking place.
Please also note that My Innate Vitality authorizes the sharing of all recordings provided for an organisation only the ethernet of that business and cannot be shared externally outside that company without My Innate Vitality’s express permission. Any social media images used in connection to any event My Innate Vitality participates in must be approved prior to publication and My Innate Vitality also retains the right the publicise her role in this event across her social media platforms.
Legal Advice
My Innate Vitality reserves the right to consult with their legal advisors in all cases of Court orders for access to personal records and/or all other information requests.
Where other names have been mentioned through the course of the sessions with My Innate Vitality then My Innate Vitality reserves the right to redact these names on all shared documentation.

Contract Of Sale
When you order services from us, the terms in force at the time of your order will apply as the contract of sale between you and us. This contract of sale begins to be formed between us when we issue an invoice. You shall only become the full owner of the service once we have received full payment for it.
Indemnification, Liability, And Limitation
The express terms and conditions of these terms shall apply in place of all warranties, conditions, terms, representations, statements, undertakings and obligations whether expressed or implied by statute, common law, custom, usage or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Insofar as it is lawful to do so, we do not accept liability of any description including liability for negligence or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of this website or its contents. Refunds
We conform to Irish and EU law and regulations for the purposes of whether or not to accept returns. We deal with cases as they happen on an individual basis. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible after delivery should you discover a fault or defect in the services or digital goods. Please read our terms for cancellation and terminations earlier in this document.
Social Media Platforms
Communication, engagement, and actions taken through external social media platforms that we participate on are custom to the terms as well as the data protection and privacy policies and notices held with each social media platform respectively. You are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution regarding your own privacy and personal details. We will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage you when wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
